Frat Sweethearts

Sweethearts are women who get to know the guys of a frat really well...either dating or hanging out/partying with them. Involvement depends on the frat. Some, it's just a place of honor, some it's becoming a "big sister" to new guys, some it is like being a brother and you're encouraged to participate in as many events as possible to help promote the brotherhood.
