t1. Zete | SAE - Undisputed top houses if you disagree you're just wrong that simple

t2. KA | ATO | PHI PSI - All trending upwards or remaining consistent. All of these houses throw and exchange with top sororities

t3. FIJI | DKE | PIKE - These houses are top material but falling for various reasons, debt, small pledge classes, never throw, basically on their way out minus PIKE, pike just isn't t2 level

t4. PKS | TKE | ZBT - Rising houses, not quite top material, TKE and PKS have been rising substantially so may move up this year, ZBT just got in trouble recently so they may fall but first sem they were doing great

T5. PhiTau | SigChi | SNU - I mean just mid. SigChi got lasers so cool parties, phitau and AEPi are alright

T6. TDX | Acacia | AEPi | Aqua Delt - These are just lower houses. Pledging will be light but exchanges are with bottom houses and no distinct redeemable qualities

T7. KDR | KSig | Theta Chi | Pilam - not worth the dues bro
