PHC Recruitment Form question

Under the Activity section of the recruitment form, there are three optional short-answer questions. Do y'all recommend filling those out?

Yes. Chapters are looking for certain things and activities and leadership are two of those.

Thanks! Couple more questions, if you don't mind answering:

1) I graduated from high school a while ago and took a gap before enrolling at a top-tier liberal arts college which I ended up loathing. Do you recommend my listing that college attendance? I just don't want to be affiliated with my old college in any way, but I'm worried it looks kinda weird to see that I've graduated high school a long time ago and I'm still an underclassman.

2) Any clue what the Enrollee video link under the Additional section means?

You are expected to develop and post a on to two minute video with your name, year, home town and what makes you you/ special and a potential addition to a chapter.
