spring official frat unbiased rankings w reasoning

There's been a lot of wack rankings going around recently, so I've decided to do all of you degenerates a favor and provide an unbiased ranking with reasoning. If you have a problem that your house got ranked lower you can cry all you want but the reasoning is fair. Here goes:

TOP:
SAE (up) best rush, good parties
DKE (hold) good rush, good parties
KA (down) meh rush, not as bad as zete
Zete (down) bad rush, alright parties

Upper Mid:
Fiji (down) bad rush, can't throw
Phi Psi (hold) good rush, offof sopro
Pike (hold) average rush, alright parties

-----------------------
TOP:
Pi Phi (up) good rush, good party personality
Kappa (Down) bad rush, still great house tho
DG (up) great rush
APhi (hold) good rush

Upper Mid:
ADPi (hold) good rush, chillers
ChiO (hold) alright rush, not much to say

Greek life, in general, is declining here. None of these houses are what they once were.

Every non geed house was hit w low numbers this semester. That’s why we see traditionally good houses accepting geeds, hence the decline in Greek life. Their reputation this semester is still above that of all below them
