Does anyone understand what the status of the house is now? What happened to any people that were scheduled to live in for Fall semester? Very confused. If the house is gone then how does the house go through recruitment in the Fall?

They lost their house. There is some talk with the landowners to be able to rent the house for recruitment -- not sure if they plan on being open about the fact they will not have a house in the foreseeable future.

ADPI will be a great option if you never plan to live in, don't really care about having meals provided -- would be a great fit for certain PNMs, and for others this is definitely something to consider

That really sucks, their house was one of the nicest imo. I hope everything works out for them ✌️
