Yea I agree, it’s been a lowkey semester for the houses listed as falling and in general aswell. Sopro has been common with a bunch of houses in the upper middle tier but a strong cal day or better social semester for fall can easily bounce these houses back.

nah They are middle tier I think. Much stronger recent pledge classes than other lower kid and mid level frats. On the rise along with theta chi ya heard it here first

Solid. Houses have been moving up and down in tiers and gotta account for that. Not sure if ATO is that low tho

LMAO. Pikap spring is chill and has some cuties. Don’t know anyone in fall so I can’t speak to that. But any rating that puts theta chi anywhere but the top house can’t be trusted

Switch Tridelt and Delta Sig. Also you forgot Zeta so they should be on the same line as Theta and Tridelt.

Lol theta is not that high up. Theta and DS go under ZTA and DDD. SK is falling too
