Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. They are top in the SEC/South (Bama, UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten/ Midwest/ East Coast (UMich, Purdue, Indiana, Rutgers, Maryland, Syracuse),, California (SDSU, Long Beach State, cal poly, etc.) Surprised to see them this low at Berkeley.

I dont understand why they aren't considered a top house. Their juniors, sophomores, and most importantly freshmen are great guys to hang out and party with. They seem to always go above and beyond. And they also had the biggest party of the entire semester for halloween! Def need a better ranking

This house is definitely on the rise. They have had some great pledge classes recently and the brotherhood is very strong. Most guys I have talked to are chill and they throw some ragers. If you havent been yet, make sure to hit up Theta Chi.

Although the seniors at TX are alright, the juniors, sophomores and freshmen are awesome. Their fall '15 pledge class is easily the best looking one at Cal. Thanks for not being creeps with girls too btw x

The pledges are always nice and polite. The parties are clean, organized, and always have fun themes. the house location makes parties less likely to be shut down but keeps the fraternity on radar.

Partied at this house in the beginning of last year, talked to a brother and they raved about how they were all about being there for people and helping people out. Ended up having a little too much and needed a little time to straighten out before heading home, the second they saw me not looking so good they threw me out.

This is a house on the rise. Lot of the older guys are strange/goobers, but the newer pledge classes, especially fall '14, are great groups of guys. They are definitely trying to improve their image. Way more active socially than before, its a world of difference. Overall a mid tier house on the rise.

Coming from a sorority and looking at the current pledge class and previous one, only seems to be getting better and better. Rising pretty fast
