Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 4.2 These guys are idiots for self-ranking. Their an awfully nice house with great guys and had awesome parties this past semester. No doubt their still growing though and probably in a year can be a/the top house, but for now, don't believe the self-rankers. Still have to grow in the berkeley greek community

They seem somewhat involved on campus, but their parties should be more open! Past few pledge classes have all been pretty cute though. Top tier potential is so clear, just need to grow
