THIS IS BECAUE THEY NEEDED TO RAISE THEIR RANKING UP FROM ALL THE REAL REVIEWS. Nothing against them personally but their rating is heavily influenced by self ranking.

Didn't even have a booth during opers fest. Tke and Sigma Pi are both ahead of theta chi

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Cruz - UCSC 4.4 These guys are fun and sweet and really embody the characteristics of a true gentleman. It's a shame I can't say the same for the other fraternities on campus.

ive been to a daytime party of theirs before and didn't stay long but they were pretty chill. like one dude was a lil creeps tho
