Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Cruz - UCSC 3.2 These guys are in hot water at the moment, not all are douchebags of course, some are really genuine people that love to have fun, a lot do rub off as d-bags but it's expected, and assuming they don't lose their charter and have sigma pi and tke vulture over the demitted, non-special-alumni-stat us-guys, they'll make a positive comeback

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Cruz - UCSC 1.8 Rapey vibe. These guys hurt a girl during greek week and were still acting like douche bags after it. Im in a sorority on campus and i always skip the theta chi socials for Sigma Pi and TKE.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Cruz - UCSC 4.6 Theta Chi is the top house. They throw the best parties and have the best looking guys. Very selective, quality over quantity, they usually cut around half of their pledge class and have the hardest pledging process. Although there are definitely some douche bags, they are a nice group of guys if you get to know them. Real men, no soft kids to be found here

Theta Chi is the top house. They throw the best parties and have the best looking guys.
