I'm a second year, and I heard freshman can now rush fall quarter? how does that work?

The whole rush process is exactly the same. Just now freshman can rush fall. What's so confusing?

yeah freshman are allowed to rush fall quarter again.

the ifc council decided to allow freshman to rush because there was no evidence to support the idea that it dropped guys gpas. everyone in the greek system knows.
