Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 1.0 I honestly used to love hanging out with these guys my freshman year but recently I have felt unsafe being with them :(. I have no idea what the past reviewers are talking about, but sig ep has been declining every quarter for the past few years. (bc all the older guys who made this frat what it was graduated). i definitely would not consider it a "top house" either since the guys are so into themselves its kinda sad.

Their parties that I have been to have always been fun, and the guys are welcoming. Plus, they are social on campus too! If they see you, they make sure to say hi. I like this group of guys a lot! (:
