Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 3.2 honestly not the biggest fans of these guys but i know when a ranking is off lol. They're definitely above dchi, and don't deserve to be at the bottom with dtd and phikap. Yea some of these guys are lame, but i've always had a pretty good time at their parties.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 1.6 they had a rush last quarter and only five people went to their Rush. They've had the smallest and worst classes the last two quarters and girls think they are creepy, not to mention most girls can outdrink them. This fraternity has been going downhill for ages now
