Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 4.6 While I'm affiliated with another fraternity on campus, it seems like most of the low rating comments are coming from a place of distaste. While a handful of these guys are kinda douchey, I personally know a few of the guys in this chapter. They're extremely involved on campus and from what I've heard and seen on snapchat, they're parties are really quality.
