Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 4.2 I really love Phi Psi, the guys for the most part are really hot. They could be involved in more but they did really good with PowderPuff last year. Their parties are always the most packed and hype.
