After talking to all the fraternities at orientation I can say that "skulls" are a bottom house. There actives gave off weird vibes and smelled like weed. At their "kickback" they had put plastic alcohol in glass bottles. Not impressed!

I know this fraternity well. Have many friends in all fraternities here at UCR, but this is one of my favorites.
