Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 4.6 The thing I really see in these guys is the true brotherhood they have within eachother, unlike the other frats who just rage and stuff. they know how to have a good time with their parties and socials and like to get involved on campus!

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at University of California, Riverside - UCR 3.6 Idk about them being top anytime soon or even ever, but they did manage to get and "okay" class. I'll go as far as saying that they even have a slight better class than some of those higher houses that gave bids to 15+ people.
