All they're into is working out, just about it, for every really solid guy in their chapter there are 3 goobers. Also a lot of people get really creepy/rapey vibes from their parties.

Party with bottom tier sororities, give out blanket bids just to get numbers, they just recently gave out 16 bids this quarter when all the other top tiers gave out around 7, just to get numbers. They bid goobers and throw weak parties. Also not very dominant in sports

Competing with Pike for top house, but now that Pike can't rush, easily #1. Dominate in sports year round, throw some of the biggest parties with the top tier sororities with insane ratios (5:1 girls to guys). Small chapter but that just makes their brotherhood even tighter and more selective. If you notice 99% of the positive reviews are from girls, the negative ones are from guys who either didn't get a bid or are in a bottom tier frat and are tired of getting crushed in sports. Just visited.

definitely the hottest girls on campus and all the ones i know have good personalities too. most of them have bfs though which isnt fun.
