Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.5 Don't understand all these hate. They know they are not top house and they don't boast about being top house. However they did impress the greek community by improving a lot with that little house. We all know that other fraternities with those small parkway houses did/ do not do too well.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 5.0 The hate for these guys on here is palpable. Obviously they are doing something right because they have been getting better over the last three years, better pledge classes, more involvement, better sorority relations, better looking guys and rich millionaires. Things change, put in the work and you can move up. Some don’t like the change but oh well. Keep doing you Pi Kappa Phi. The hate means you are moving up and people are noticing.

The guys are so superficial and if you ever talk to any of them, you can see that. In my opinion, these guys are weird and want people to think they are something they are not. Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.4 Not the worst, but not the best either. I have been to a few parties and they were pretty fun, but I wish they had a bigger house, because it gets hot as hell! . Aside from that, I don't know many individually.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.7 Honestly doing significantly better than last two years. Most weird brothers that were recruited for number count have graduated, so the remaining brothers and their pledge class are cute and solid. Other than the house that is too small for them, I don't see any problem with these guys.
