these guys r besties with tons of sorority girls from a bunch of different sororitys and mind their business/ seem not to be widely hated or anything

had a surge within the last 5 years but have plateaud now. small house, a lot of brothers, mehh parties. will stay bottom mid tier for a while until they get a bigger house.

If you are pledging this frat right now bc you saw something on greek rank that said they were "top house" i feel bad for you. They have tricked you into rushing. from what ive seen a lot of the guys are super cool, they all get down for philos and arent stuck up. only thing is theyre super sus with wristbands for their opens and the pledges can be annoying

Know a lot of these guys. When alone they seem nice but when theyre in their club they think they hot stuff. Just be yourself.

Very diverse group of regular guys in a frat together. Lots of them are sweet and chill but the group can act like wannabes when they inflate their own egos and charge people to get in to their parties, which are usually overcrowded with mediocre music.
