Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 1.8 it's not even that they don't have a house, it's the fact that they have no campus presences whatsoever. At least when Pike lost their house, people still talked about them, good or bad. No one talks about D Sig at all. I never see them on campus or at philanthropies, they've recruited horribly the past year and half (unlike Pike w/o a house) and sororities that used to do 2-3 exchanges with them a quarter now barely do 1.

Everyone rated them as bottom ever since they lost their house but hey bottom amd lameass frats, they probably feel sorry for getting a house next year and being the top :) def rush delta sig and get the hottest chicks.
