Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 5.0 wow looks like Sigma Chi got to every frat and wrote a bad review... Just because they don't have a house doesn't mean they aren't a top house anymore.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 1.8 No house, no parties. Only some are good looking. Seriously on the decline, no reason to even take a look at this house.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.0 Pretty decent guys. Really fun last year, it's unfortunate they lost their house. I'd like to see them make a come back this year, and I have a feeling they will. Definitely in top houses in Davis.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 2.2 This frat is crashing harder than anybody else. Boys are pretty cute and their parites were fun, but generally all around doucheeee (taking the frat style too hard I think). But now they've lost their house so they'll probably fall into obscurity soon. No great loss, fortunately.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.0 Delta Sig has been and will always be one of the Fraternities I respect. Every fraternity has their flavor and I will say that Delta Sig is a lot less douchey than most "top" houses. Most of them are chill. They lost their house, it is unfortunate and while from an administrative perspective, well deserved, in reality it could have happened to ANY other Fraternity. Everyone thinks that they have a death sentence, but if PKA can survive for 3 years without a real house, I am sure Delta Sig will. I am sure they will survive especially when REAL Greeks help them out. Also, to clarify, there are NO JOKE FRATERNITIES that have a) been on campus for 10+ years and b) have a house. DSig will find a house and put all of you pre-Madonna GDI's or faux-greeks to shame.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.0 i dont know what to say about them. i would say they have the most chill, cool guys who were actually normal in high school and didnt just come to college and start drinking and therefore think theyre cool all of a sudden like some of the other frats (theta xi, aepi). but they are so lazy and boring and choose not to be involved in anything which they used to be able to get away with but now it just comes off as douchey and annoying especially since theyre losing their house
