Theta is very hit or miss. Wouldn’t call them the nicest or most genuine people. Of course, there are exceptions , but overall cliquey and concerned about image just as much as A phi is

Theta is awesome. Smart but always down for a good time. Even if you don’t know them, they will always find something to laugh about with you and they welcome everyone with open arms.

Really fun girls good relations with frats. Can be cliquey but that’s just being a top house. Thetas can get kinda crazy but always down for a good time
