Yeah you're right they do run IFC. Everything wrong that they should be penalized for either gets a blind eye turned or covered up.

Beta and Sig Chi are considered top tier but Beta boys are always cute, smart, respectful, and fun to party with. Super involved on campus- couldn't say enough good things about them.

Top tier fraternity on campus. Super involved in a lot of stuff and always respectful to girls. Always felt safe at their parties. Cute guys but wouldnt consider them to be hot.

This fraternity is really odd. Their parties are not fun, at all. They try so hard to be like sigma chi or sigep(even though sigep is no more). They are definitely still below average on everything fraternity wise, but hey they try!

Definitely a top house, they got pretty much everything going for them right now. One of the only frats rn that’s not getting completely f#cked over by the school, probably cuz they’re actually smart dudes. They have a lot of super dope, fun dudes but unfortunately their rep on looks isn’t as good as others. Great house though if you’re looking to rush, every girl trusts a beta

Can't emphasize this enough: as a sorority girl in LA, I've never felt safer than at a Beta party. These guys are some of the sweetest, smartest, hottest people at LMU. They also basically run the school with ASLMU and IFC presidents both being Betas. Girls, you can always trust a Beta. Guys, if you're looking to rush, DEFINITELY choose Beta!
