honest fraternity and sorority pledging question

Of the fraternities and sororities on campus, which ones are the most accepting of people saying “no” to doing ridiculous things during the pledging process, and which are the most accommodating when you need to put school first and study all day and night as well as putting your health first and not waking you up at 7am on a Saturday or Sunday? Please be honest people! My friends and I would like a little description about each house.
