Sigma Kappa, Alpha Phi and Sigma Delta Tau.
From reading reviews these seem like top three, is my interpretation wrong?

It's all so hard to break down... It varies from whoever's perspective...
and what you look for in a sorority.
and the reviews on here are not always precise..
From a guys, it would be alpha phi, adpi and axo.. because they have the looks and parties often. But looks aren't everything.
If you want a sorority with a good sisterhood it would be chio and phisigsig, but they are considered bottom tier because they are not the most desirable.
Sigma Kappa, they are studious not special really... and are generally nice. But I heard there are a bit of drama within the house.
As for SDT.. they are an average sorority. Not many people have problems with them because they are like the break between top and mid.. hence the "good" reviews. They are plainly just average though
