Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - RPI 5.0 Sig Ep is easily the best fraternity on RPI's campus. Smart friendly awesome chiil group of guys. Their house is in a fabulous location. Just off campus on 15th Street - but just a few hundred yards away from the Quad. There's a great social atmosphere there (and the food's good!!) but what make Sig Ep stand apart from the rest of the fraternities at RPI are the ideals of Virtue Diligence and Brotherly Love. They live the ritual. And the Balanced Man program is awesome. World class development program. Sig Ep rocks.

Still recovering from their suspension but overall the future looks bright for them. They are all nice and know how to throw down. Looking forward to chilling with them in the future

The new brothers they recruited are fun and getting to know the other brothers made me see how awesome this fraternity is. They are on 15th street, not far from campus at all which is nice.

They were NOT suspended - they were on probation due to an unfortunate event and the actions of a few. Their probation is over. This is one damn good fraternity - both locally and nationally. Sigma Phi Epsilon's Balanced Man program is world class and displays forward thinking and leadership. The Balanced Man Program is the centerpiece of the SigEp chapter experience and provides the experience that today’s student needs to be successful during and after college. The Balanced Man Program is a non-pledging, non-hazing, four-year, personal, academic, leadership and professional skills development experience. Here is how the Balanced Man Program accomplishes those ideals: The program is founded on five philosophical tenets: Equal rights and responsibilities - Full membership upon joining Continuous development - Growing throughout life Accountability - Committing to SigEp’s high standards Living the Ritual - Incorporating SigEp’s values into everyday life Mentoring - Maximizing growth through guidance and support I am happy and proud to be a Sig Ep. You would be too if you had joined. I bet you are sorry you didn't.
