a lot of chapters had girls not pledge so there will be COB for several houses. It can't begin until after Zeta's bid day, so no chapters have started yet.

No, snap bids can't happen. Snap bids have to be given and accepted by the time bid day officially started during formal recruitment, which was several weeks ago. Not its COBs (continuous open bidding) also known as informal. Check on sororities Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, tumblr, etc to find out if they are doing informal this semester of not. They should be starting in the next couple of days if they are

Also, cobs can't start until after zeta to be fair for zeta and let them recruit. Zeta made that one announcement during meet the chapters round and didn't do any sort of recruiting until when bid day officially started. It's out of respect.

Some houses have already announced. Check their social media pages for more information, or try and email the recruitment chairs of each of the sororities.

no, you are allowed to start with COBs and it started yesterday. There was an overlap. ZTA was given two full weeks (which ended monday) and COBs started Tuesday. That is 100% fact.
