Everyone take a step back for a minute. And let's think. If kappa Sig goes because a few members actions then who's next. As so many people have described throughout this site kappa Sig has an issue. However , I know a decent amount of kappa Sigs and for the most part they are genuinely great guys. Kicking an entire chapter off because of localized incidents is absurd and sets a terrible precedent for all future situations.

Instead a membership review should take place by the university and nationals.

This is where officials would decide what members should be allowed to continue to be a part of kappa Sig. Any undeserving members would be dropped.

If the men who are allowed to stay do not deactivate and work to move past this event then the fraternity and all of Greek life will be better. If they deactivate and kappa sig crumbles then you get the same result as just kicking kappa Sig off. A membership review is a much better alternative then kicking an entire fraternity off and allows for the fraternities majority to not be entirely screwed because of the fraternities minority.
