Ok Alpha Phi...Move yourself down one line and I support it!
... I think DG might deserve a little more credit for their recruiting this year so I'd say they are rising. I feel like moving AGD higher than DDD is a little unexpected but I definitely support it...They are a little more social and are starting to make a name for themselves on campus.

DG got a LOT of girls that would have gone kappa. so not really sure if you would credit their recruiting it was more a default

dg got a few girls that were in kappa but thats about the extent of it. their pledge class is about half long islanders, there's nothing kappa about that

I would say Chi O is rising while AGD is falling. Also move GPhi up with AXID at this point

KD has always been known as try hards and they need to start trying harder. Theta is the same as always. Aphi did better this year than last

Any top tier fraternity would objectively rather have an event with Alpha Phi than Theta at this point. Theta excels at academic and presents a more polished image but do you think that's what 20 year old guys think is fun?

Pi Phi- This pledge class doesn't seem to be the best. Still considered the top house now that Kappa is gone but can't afford to not perform in the next two rushes.

DG- Took a really good pledge class and have somewhat changed their image around for the better.

Alpha Phi- awful sisterhood but taking really hot pledge classes and quickly rising.

Theta- Would consider them the lowest of the top tier at this point. When you think theta guys think boring, nerdy, and conservative. Gorgeous house though.

KD- Seem to be getting better

Have to laugh at the KD rising - KD can't rise when it's all our top tier cuts. No offense but they didn't make it for a reason. They're mid tier and staying mid tier

Because Kappa is gone and DG got some of their babies and lots of girls that would have gone kappa that will change DG for the better. And those edgy girls that they have been getting will go back to where they belong to aphi
