how many top tier frats

So are there 3,4, or 5 top tiers right now? And who gets excluded?

This semester there are 4 top tier frats, but next semester there will be 5 when Sammy comes back

1. Is it for sure sammy is coming back next semester?
2. Even if they do they won't have their house.
3. I hear their nationals knows the current members and won't let them join as they dirty rushed

1)phi psi
2)Sig chi
3)ksig

Then upper middle is:
4)tke
5)delt

But definitely close. They've been thriving even off campus, and when they go back on, they will rise above middle tier frats like SAE, pike and phi delt

Sammy got a 30 man pledge class, that's higher than a lot of the other frats like tke and ATO

there are 3 main top tiers: phi psi, kappa sig, sig chi.

They all have their different personalities. Then delt and tke are pretty close, still the TOP-5 that we hear so much about. We have a huge gap after the TOP-5, as with the sororities.
