hi, I'm not currently in Greek life but am lookin to rush next year. What is a good description of each house between DG, pi phi, theta, a phi? And of those four what's their tier rankings? Just curious!

DG - party girls, edgy style, close knit
Pi Phi - hot blondes, fun, a lot say it is the best house
Theta - highest GPA, rich and snobby, known not to party as hard as others
Alpha Phi - really hot but known for being try hards and thinking theyre better than they are. pair with good frats tho
