by: rankingsok what is the deal? what is the point of ranks if they're never going to change because everyone is too stubborn. ranks are supposed to change after recruitment thats the point! not sure exactly where every house would fall after recruitment this year but theta has definitely moved down and g phi has definitely moved up.

how is this an a phi self rank? op didnt say anything about a phi, just bc they said theta should move down doesnt mean they meant a phi should be top
