Regardless of if they followed their carry figures or not, since they didn't make quota, anyone that listed aopi on their MRABA and did not get placed in another chapter because they weren't high enough on the other chapter's list would have ended up at aopi, even if they didn't rank aopi first.

Many chapters are permitted by their HQ to go a certain percentage above or below their carry figure. Typically an advisor or higher up recommends if they should do something over than the carry figure. Which is prob what happened

They are given a 100% carry figure as it's based on the last 3 years of recruitment and they have a 10% leeway from headquarters, it just gives them room to drop people that they may not feel would be a good fit.

If they were allowed to cut 10%, shouldn't they have missed quota by 10%? They missed it by about 50%.

Someone said its like 95% of their girls ranked them #1 so whether they followed it or not they got girls who wanted them
