ZTA owns Pike's current house. They started leasing it when they were no longer on campus and still own the house. My guess is that when the lease is up, Pike will unfortunately have to find a house rather than ZTA, and ZTA will just move back in.

Pike has the lease for 4 more years so it won't be for awhile until they get to move back in. Also I believe Pike nationals plan on buying the house from ZTA shortly.

I believe the lease was for only 3 more years, but wouldn't be surprised if ZTA has a buyout option and takes it from pike next year. Also, now that ZTA has chartered, they will not sell the house to Pike that makes no sense. ZTA is keeping it and will take it shortly.

zeta is moving into kappa until pike's lease is up. pike has other housing plans already. dg's home does have a large scale renovation plan.

Kappa will be coming back in 2 years. Don't know why they would sell their house they just poured millions into. Most likely zeta will take pikes, they are a new and smaller chapter they don't need a huge house anyways.

Actually, I was just meeting with reps from ZTA and the sorority will be moving into Pike's house by next fall after doing some serious renovating.
