Hate to ask but if there is any way that you can skip it this would be the time. Monday night is not a good time to have a class. Because that's when chapter is and pledges have to go up to the house. This is when you bond with your PC (pledge class) If you already have mixed feelings about your bid then this can drive a real wedge. If you can't change your class then force yourself to meet with girls from your PC as much as possible.

would suck to miss bid day and most sororities have to go to chapter monday nights

This girl is obviously in an easy program. We all have those easy artsy/humanities classes that are skipable but if you're in a math class or something that you really need to follow along, don't feel pressured/risk it! We won't look down on you for that, there are ways around everything. By all means if you're in a boring lecture that you don't take anything away from, that's alright, use your judgement.
