Is it true that no fraternities wanna hang out with theta? Why are they top tier?

Frats dont want to hang out with them because they aren't top tier. They recruit well because their house is cool but they are the type of girls you want to study at the library with and that is it.

They have very low turnout to socials. That's why frats don't want to hang out with them. Their top tier because tier ranking have more to do than just social calendar. Like the fact that their nice, smart, and the ones that do go out are fun

Maybe I'm wrong but I feel like whenever I'm out I always see Thetas? Maybe they're not Thetas and I'm just confused but I'm almost positive they are
