frats and sororities

Which frats usually pair up with which sororities? Like which sororities and frats have good relationships?

This has been asked many times already. There's no "pairing up" except for block. Frats and sororities have functions with many others

Also, some Greek organizations can't do block/pair up for block. Otherwise basically ever mingles with everyone at one point or another

Okay but which ones usually hang out with each other? There's no way all the frats do functions with every single sorority

Join if you like the guys, not because you want to hangout with certain girls.

all the following frats and sororities party together:

frats: sig chi, kappa sig, phi psi, tke, delt
sororitys: theta, pi phi, dg, kd, aphi, chiO

those frats also tend to have events with other sororities also (sororities like agd, tri delt, etc.)

We do have events with all six. Friends who are Kappa Sigs and Delts do too, so this has merit.
