After answering what I look for in a chapter last night I was curious, what does each chapter look for in a girl?

Are we allowed to ask that? I know sororities can't disclose recruiting practices.

You can ask them about their values for sure. That's not disclosing recruitment practices. Most values are public. And it's a good thing to know

Listen to what their values are... that will tell you what they are looking for girls who fit their values, or well that is how you are supposed to do it.

If you think a local chapter cares about its nationals values you are sorely mistaken. They make their own values and choose what to care about and how to recruit

Yes ask!!! They should definitely be able to tell you. I'm in a chapter and would have no problem telling you what our values are/what we seek in new members.
