Every house will take at least some sophomores. The number just depends on each house. Obviously, top houses will take less than middle and bottom, and middle houses will take less than bottom. Just be yourself, and as long as a house thinks you're a good fit, they won't really care that you're a year older. Also, there are great things about EVERY chapter, so as long as you go in with an open mind, you will most likely find your best fit.

Step 1: Take a chill pill

I get you're nervous and I can respect that, but I can guarantee you won't get dropped by every house. Yes, you will have to be more open-minded than Freshmen and yes you will be asked back to less houses than them, especially to more competitive houses. Prepare for that now because right now, you don't seem like you're able to handle it.

However, as long as chapters they like you, they will invite you back. Better to have a good sophomore than a terrible Freshman. Besides, every pledge class has sophomores in it. You just have to make a great impression in the more competitive houses. But I can guarantee you'll get a bid somewhere. Just be the best version of yourself.

Also, there's always ZTA. They want a pledge class with varying grade levels and you'd get the chance to begin a colony.
