Phi psi gave out 36 bids and only 20 accepted. Top house though definitely yep for sure. And no kappa sig is not top tier so don't even comment saying they're the new top.

Phi Psis are a bunch of dou che bags. Since this year's freshman are smarter, they wised up to how ridiculous the guys are. Not really into the image that the little boys of PKP want you to be.
