frat rankings

1. Phi Psi- won't be topped unless they get in major trouble

2. TKE- will be hurting when they lose their seniors, had some mediocre pledge classes. Parties at the house will help them

3. Sig Chi- back where they left off, rebounded well while staying under the radar.

4. Kappa Sig- really good pledge class

5. Delt- dropped the ball big time, had a chance to move up big time but blew their chance.

I wouldn't say Sig Chi is back where they were. They were arguably number one or two on campus before. Block with dg is a good start.

If your ranking chapters by block pairing (which isn't an accurate way to rank but whatever) it would be:

Sigma Chi

Kappa Sig

Pike

Sig Ep is with tridelt but obviously they aren't a good frat

Phi Psi - best house + most money = top house. will see what happens when tke and sig chi are in full swing

TKE - have potential to top phi psi being able to party at the house\n\n\n\n\nSigma Chi - one more good pledge class and i would consider them top again. off sanctions soon\n\n\n\n\nKappa Sig - decent class but still a lot of douches with no presence


Pike/Delt/SAE - all not great

Almost Top Tier: Kappa Sig, Delt
Middle: Phi Delt, Sae, Pike
Lower Middle: Fiji, Sig Ep

I like this. It's hard to rank each chapter individually, everyone has their different preferences. But you can't argue with these general groupings. I'd put ATO with Fiji and Sig Ep though.
