Were up on the rise until last semester. Did have decent brotherhood, but all the guys who were actually cool were also smart enough to realize the facade of the house quit, and ever since then, they've only been going downhill.

Unfortunately, we have men who joined the chapter for the wrong reasons. Regular sanctions involving dangerous behavior must stop. SigEp brothers must be committed to living our values as expressed in the Ritual and to developing each member through the Balanced Man Program. We're falling short on both expectations.

So basically they were cooler than anyone knew because they were afraid of getting caught and didn't ant anyone to know what they were doing, but they never expected that a brother would snitch

The problem will always be the fact that their nationals cares more about the balanced man program than they do about the brotherhood itself. Brotherhood is essentially what brings people to join fraternities and when you downplay that, you lose 90% of your chapter, which is exactly what happened.

Drinking in the house is a clear violation of the Balanced Man Program. Many people will be glad that National leadership took action before someone was killed or injured.
