Being someone who’s been in and around the fuzzy house for over a year now, my best guess would be the completely nonsensical setup of fuzzy’s power structure has a lot to do with this. They are really tied up in who makes final decisions on stuff (especially philanthropy). Coupling this with a, shall we say, highly political sisterhood, and what you get is a chapter that’s barely able to do anything without extreme backlash from a lot of girls. I could very well be wrong but this would be my guess
