Is it true ZTA will not have a house for 5 years? An older friend of mine she heard ATO owns their land or something and wont have to give it back for that long. Is this true? Im rushing and was curious if they would have a house or get one when I am at OSU.

Im friends with some ATOs and they said they have a contract that doesnt go up for a few years (the land zeta owned before) and until then I dont see them finding anything else. Idk where they could even build one if they wanted to .

No ATO doesn't own their land. On the other hand, ZTA owns the land Pike sits on and will develops that land for a new house soon. I think they're keeping the one they have on Summit for a while.

that kind of sucks^ most houses have at least 30 if not more. I believe some even 60 girls
