Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at Ohio State University - OSU 5.0 I can’t wait for the spring, i’m a sophomore going through recruitment and i’ve seen what greek life is like! These women care for each other and for the community genuinely! I love this sorority going into recruitment but of course keep an open mind because there are lots of great groups!

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at Ohio State University - OSU 2.0 Hey! So there have been tons of positive posts on her about aopi. And while they do have some nice girls and just a few cute ones, for all the pnm you need to know they typically recruit on the lower side. So you’ll be doing a lot of informal. Like a lot. One of my friends just graduated and she sometimes had 2-3 informal session a SEMESTER because they needed like 15 girls and would only get like 5 additional! That’s just because they couldn’t get the number of girls to attain quota. They definitely are being more social, but they are considered bottom tier of all the sororities. And I know I’m going to see like 20 negative likes and like 5 comments about how they are REALLY UP AND COMING. They are constantly on action plans by nationals because of their low numbers and a lot of times they can’t fill the house so if you don’t plan on living in more than 1 year(if at all) you will most likely get put on probation. (Tbh this could really happen at any sorority but they have the most beds to fill besides kkg if I’m not mistaken). When going through recruitment truly leave your mind open for every sorority including this one, because this could be your home.

They don’t have enough people to do recruitment and desperately need numbers, if you join you won’t get the experience you would get at any other house. Their sisterhood is horrible as half the girls hate each other. Run far away

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at Ohio State University - OSU 4.4 If tiers were based on sisterhood, AOPi would be top tier, no doubt. Known around campus as a close knit group. Very welcoming to new members, my friend loved pledging with AOPi. Family lines of big-little are cherished.
