Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Ohio State University - OSU 4.4 Cut them some slack, seriously. They've been here for a month and a half. It's pathetic that this many people (especially women) in the Greek community are so unwelcoming to them. From what I have heard many of these women feel unwelcome to the OSU Greek community and that is sad. They are new and trying their hardest to learn the ropes. You can't expect them to come in knowing everything, they have to learn. Since we are a COMMUNITY in osu Greek life if would be nice if we acted like it.

Cut them some slack, seriously. They've been here for a month and a half. It's pathetic that this many people (especially women) in the Greek community are so unwelcoming to them. From what I have heard many of these women feel unwelcome to the OSU Greek community and that is sad. They are new and trying their hardest to learn the ropes. You can't expect them to come in knowing everything, they have to learn. Since we are a COMMUNITY in osu Greek life if would be nice if we acted like it.

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Ohio State University - OSU 3.0 some girls on my floor are in GPhi and I'd like to share what they told me. first- the majority of the girls didn't even go through formal, so they aren't rejects from that. second, there's clearly some self-ranking here but they're still learning. maybe we jealous sorority girls should get a grip on our insecurity and cut them some slack for at least trying. best of luck, GPhi.

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Ohio State University - OSU 2.2 I've heard so many Gamma Phis referring to themselves as top tier. Uh no one knows who you are yet. Basically full of the formal recruitment rejects so please give it a decade or so before you can even think about referring to yourself as top tier.

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Ohio State University - OSU 4.0 They are actually doing a lot better in greek week than I thought they would do. I really expected them to come in and be uninterested or clueless about how the week works but they aren't doing to bad. I guess we'll see if they are still doing alright at the end of the week.

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Ohio State University - OSU 4.4 I don't know a ton of gamma phis, but the ones I do know are probably some of the sweetest girls I've ever met with so much self-respect. What they've brought to the table so far is decently impressive for being founders, and if they keep it up, I would not be surprised if they eventually made it into top tier at OSU
