Good group of guys, definitely ones to watch. Interested to see if they keep growing. Solid parties (good music, never run out of drinks, girls feel safe). Could help if they got a new house but you can't beat their location.

Whenever we hang out with these guys we have a good time and feel safe at the same time. So many frats at Ohio State are sketchy, but these guys just have a good time and chill. Thanks for all the good times, my sisters and I will miss you when we graduate.

I asked why a small House. They said they have owned the house for decades and it's in a great location. I know most other Greeks rent or are so deep in debt they struggle (my sisters included). The house is bigger than it looked from the front, lots of rooms. Guys were not typical frat guys you meet at every block but not geeks either. Pleasantly Surprised...

I love these guys. Super funny, you can tell they actually like each other, and their parties are super underrated. Every time I have a friend visit from out of town, I take her to one of their parties. Halloween party was banger too, line was literally down the block to get in.
