spring rush requirements

I was recently accepted as a transfer student for the spring semester. I am interested in Greek Life and while reading the requirements it said to "maintain a 3.0 gpa to participate in recruitment." Are they talking about overall transfer GPA or just the GPA you have midway through the spring semester?
