They are nice at face value but you can see right through the cracks of their sisterhood, they are super cliquey and make people feel left out a lot (not that they have a bunch going on)

Closest thing to a party frat at Pepperdine. I would definitely say that if you want somewhat of a real frat experience sig ep is closest.
